Just noticed the water trucks in this film:
https://www.iwm.org.uk/collections/i...ect/1060033073 Have some odd brackets on the side of the catwalks. About 1:13 into the film. Looking at the film in its entirety they appear to be on both sides, and have a restraining strap located between the two brackets. Any thoughts as to their purpose?  Owen.
