They are a standard Ford items of the period. Look on Macs website or phone Belcher Engineering, they have them on the shelf. The carrier ones are threaded on the outlet port but newer re manufactured ones I have had have removed this feature. I've got a spare wartime one if you want. New type can be seen on bottom left of the below photo.
