There is a small correction required in the Stark Valve Adapter Schematic shown back in Post 6.

The wiring is absolutely, spot on correct, however the pin numbering for the 5-Pin Socket needs to have the "2" and "4" Labels switched as per the attached copy of a Brimar diagram illustrating the Base Connections of Valves for the three common British Valves.

You will notice that once the two noted pin numbers are corrected in the Stark Schematic, the wiring flow will read consistently across all four valve sockets.
