Front Brake Drums-10 Bolt Hubs for 1.5 ton Australian Chevy trucks 1940-1945

While covering the topic of the 16" x 6" (8 bolt split wheels) in another thread, another member indicated that these wheels were made by GM/Holden Limited... Would that be the case for the brake drums and special hubs also?
