The fasteners at the bottom of the side curtains that clip it onto the door are these in the picture.
The ones that go into the door are A81002 Used om T-Model Fords.

Afternoon Gents,
Ill stick with this thread because I am attempting to get the rods and curtains spot on with new reproduction materials. Part of this involves getting the rod holders in the doors right. I just rang a die cast place who suggested the mould may cost $3000!!!!!! My next question is obvious - does anyone know where there may be some new old stock ones??? I have tried the ones from Mac's that suit Model T's and A's but they don't quite fit properly. Suggestions??

Tony
You need one of those drills that makes square holes There is a process called broaching, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broaching_(metalworking) square holes are made possible . Would it be possible to fabricate new sockets from aluminium or brass stock rather than a casting process ?

OK... Its been a while but this project has been embarked upon.
I have had the help of a engineering business in Corowa for the rods and the Canvas has been very well done by a professional trimmer who specialises in the WW2 gear. This is the result..

Looking good
I posted the original curtain to Matt just after Corowa. The vinyl trim piece around the clear plastic windows is a dark green on the original , we discussed it at Corowa ?

However - if you have a look at Jim Prices example further down it has a black surround. I have yet to do the fasteners at the bottom. Matt did leave the curtain a bit longer for alteration if necessary.
