The transmitter is a T1154. It's probably coupled with a T1155 receiver.

The small vehicle is a Series 1 Land Rover and the truck is a Fordson Thames ET6, the army had these as 4x2 3 tonners during the 1950's. The bottom right of the photo with vehicles shows the bonnet of a Bedford, either an OY, OX or MW
