Actually 3/16" = 4.7625mm
5/32" = 3.96875mm

It was normal practice in the UK in WW2 to specify armour plate in mm. Also spark plugs were generally metric here by then too.

Just as Cliff I am by origin a scale modeller.....and that's why I have the measurements of the C60X tanks written down in millimeters as that's the language my hobby tape measurer speaks.

But I do apologize for this stupid mistake and will accept the proper punishment.
