I think from an earlier posting on this thread it has been established that October 1943 was the start date for these decals, so I believe that the Ram tanks were manufactured before that date. The Sexton may qualify but again I don't think it has been established if everything manufactured after October got slapped with a "Canada" decal or just selected contracts.
