Cautionary tale
On occasion I would prefer to remain ignorant and not get caught up in reality.
The manual is now in the hands of a forwarder in the US who will forward it on to Australia, at a cost of $168 USD. This is via UPS. I am hopeful of getting it to an American contact (relative of a friend) and sort it out from there at a somewhat more realistic price. Beware! David

Postage
Dave,
You can have them send it to me in WA if you like. I can then post via USPS/Aust Post. It will still hover around $80 to $100 USD - that's the reality of postage to Australia. I can cost out more accurately if you like, based on a similar CMP manual. Mike
