Spotted in this film:
https://www.awm.gov.au/collection/C188826 It might be a Ford Hanno. The screen shot isn't clear enough for a positive I.D. It has the long pointy nosed bonnet , the Chev has a more rounded point to the bonnet. But the flat cowl does look like the Chev 1311X3

Can this truck be classified as part of this topic?

I'd say no, as it doesn't have the typical features of the Indian Pattern bodies.
Is there a date and location know of this photo?

Unfortunately not known. I have already seen a truck with a similar cab, but could not find out where it was assembled.

I found that photo on eBay: https://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/164151871700
Caption "WW2 British India Army Military Truck Colonial War Vintage Singapore Photo 17847" only gives a bit of a clue...
