David, you have to come to Ottawa. Archives has many of these photos. Any event which included Their Majesties saw a lot of official photographers. Their pix are kept in chronological order in 110 Red books (books which have contact sheets organised by date and event). Most of these have never seen the light of day since the war. Same applies to photos of sporting events and many exercises.
I have a spare bedroom should you decide to take advantage of a seat sale and there is a core group of MV enthusiasts here that you can carouse with in your evenings.
