On the 8th, 3rd Canadian Infantry Brigade (R22eR; CYR; WNSR) entered The Hague, along with other elements of the 1st Cdn Inf Div.
If I were you I would dig into the local history of Den Haag to see if there is more information.

Looking at the picture, it doesn´t seem these Foxes were camouflaged:

It would be great to see a restored Fox depicting a Fox in Holland!
