Hey Pete, unfortunately there is no date to go along with this picture. Korea is within the realm of possibility as the P.R.C. and the C.C.C.P. were still friendly then.
I identified the damaged truck tractor as a STZ 5 also. The truck on the right I haven't I.D.'d yet.
The judges have awarded Snowtractor the prize of four delicious icy cold Lone Star beers, the "National Beer of Texas" as he was the first to mention Stalinetz tractor. However, my stockpile of unclaimed prizes is increasing daily, so c'mon down and set a spell!
