Which method?

Either conventional cesium beam clocks where the temperature is a function of the gassification of liquid cesium or the newer fountain clocks where the cesium is cooled and controlled by lasers to 2ľK.

Oh, BTW, Mr. Vanderveen's book is not huge, but a handy pocket size of a little under A5.

Now, what about the tank and the armoured car?
