Default Panzerkampfwagon

PzKpfw IV ausf H with 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/48 gun. Still has 4 return rollers though in the H they were all steel. In the ausf J mid production they reduced the return rollers to 3 and the road wheels were all steel.
In the pic here the road wheels are still rubber lined. Also the Ausf H had a new front sprocket that was welded spoked construction. HOwever , I can not find any picture or mention of a rear spoked Pzkpw IV , so I wonder if that feature of this tank is not correct and was expediant in field or for display so the track could be mounted.

ps note the Grasshopper on the right background
pps unless this is one of the Syrian Panzer IV'S H models that they bought from Russia, France and someone else . They were essentially identical with a few minor mods. The mods could have been removed and they would look indentical with their WWII counterpart, except if they used the spoked return roller in a slightly elevated position I might add.
