One of these vehicles is preserved in the RAF Museum in NW London, in the Battle of Britain Hall. So the RAFM may have some pictures

However the restoration of their vehicle was featured in an MV magazine some years ago (it could be Windscreen, the magazine of the MV Trust in the UK). I will try to find out which it was and see if there are any photos of the bit you are trying to see. Perhaps Les who has posted many RAF vehicle photos on this Forum will have some too.
