I have double checked the Canadian spec. numbers with an old copy of the British military oil book and here goes;

Jacks and wheel bearings - now equivalent to British milt. grease XG279, just a standard chassis grease, same as Shell Retinax A

Brakes - Hyd Brake Fluid No3 is now OX-8 which is equivalent to DOT4

Hyd. Fluid system - Engine oil SAE 10 high detergent

Motor trans. - Engine oil SAE 30 high detergent
