The Nestley's ones are the ones most people mean when they talk about "Turtles" They are really good. Very sweet though. Pricey, as most chocolates are these days.

I'm sure if you Googled for TURTLES RECIPES you'd come up with a bunch

I didn't realize they've been around since at least the 80's though. (memory blanks ... short term and long term memory problems now )
