Flame Thrower Transportable, No. 2, Mark 2c. Fitted in Mark 1 and Mark 2 Carriers. From a march 1945 handbook.

Gun mount is probably a field mod. same as the spare wheel mounting, the long tool box(bren spares)etc.etc.
