The closest I got to Canada was a few years back I did see quite a lot of the U S A, and then went up to the great lakes, I had intended to stay at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island it was a sentimental trip for me .a promise made a few years before, but I arrived two days to late and it was closed for the winter, its the hotel that was used in the movie Somewhere in time, But with time I may get there

I hope you do get to make it back for a visit sometime. If you do, you'll certainly know a lot of MLU-ers to visit in Canada

The internet is great for being able to see photos and hear all about each others environments. I don't know why I didn't get hokked by the internet years ago when I first got online. I only used it for email about work. What an idiot but I'm trying to catch up now, I think
