Welbike parts?

Dear Gentlemen,

I am an American working with the Moscow, Russia museum of the allies and lend lease. We have a welbike but need engine parts. Can anyone suggest where we can get parts for the Villiers engine? I would be willing to pay someone to put together a package for us.
