Perhaps the "A" in your numbers refers to Australia? It would be interesting to do a side-by-side comparison of these manuals as issued for the different war departments of our countries. I'd also like to find the publishing dates of the various editions. Is it safe to assume that with the advent of the Cab 13 that printing manuals for the Cab 11s and 12s would stop? Maybe someone like Clive could shed more info on this.
