Further to your last Mike, I wholeheartedly agree. Nowadays it's a case of jump a guy from behind, 6 on 1 or the typical gang banger mentality of drive-by shootings.
I think the judge should be able to enact the same kind of powers available to American ones... that is to say offer a choice; jail or army. I'd like to know how tough this little puke would be in bootcamp.
