Hi Alan,

I did check out some of the photos ... not all though. I'm always looking to see any CANADIANS in Normandy from D-Day to June 8th especially, since I'm ALWAYS still hoping to come across a surprize photo or more with my Uncle Ed or my Uncle Philip. If you've read any of my threads about my relatives, then you'll know that Uncle Philip Genaille was wounded on D-Day and died of his wounds, and Uncle Edward Smith was executed as a POW with a group of Canadian POWS on June 8th. Both Uncles were riflemen with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles.

I never give up hope of some photos surfacing so I always check photos and links that people post in MLU Identifying faces IS difficult in most of the old photos ... but still ... ya never know.
