Default BSAs!

Can you guys please check this photo?

The BSAs with Census Numbers check out, but this seems to be a posed photo as the lady with the spray gun has a stencil for "NORTON" and yet that's a BSA crate...the weight stencil is presumably for Nortons. Rather than unpacking, surely they are crating up for export? Sorry, my previous posting was in error...the caption in the draft book was written in concert with a former employee and I have not got a copy before me so I posted off the top of my head.
