It's too bad Phil Waterman's computer is currently down. He's bought two CMPs over the years, both beautifully restored. I seem to remember from a previous thread that he said he never paid more than $500.00 for one. It would be interesting to get his opinion, and a description of the condition of his trucks when purchased.
