Deal Sweetener

The Canadian Military was having second thoughts about the Leopard deal. They are a little gun shy after buying Britains leaky submarines.

To sweeten the deal the Dutch have thrown in 100 Iltis replacements, one with each Leopard. Now we couldn't sign on the dotted line fast enough.
