| Canadian trailers

This forum has been helpful earlier, so I thought I'd try again. There's a guy selling a trailer that he says might be canadian. It's big enough to fit behind a GMC or later deuces. It has blackout switch on the trailer. This might be ww2 or post-war. So where should I look to find photos of these trailers? Can anyone help me? Marty

Could very well be you have come across a 20-cwt trailer, see the thread Canadian 20-cwt GS Trailer for information and pictures. The survial rate of 20-cwt trailers in Norway is relatively high. Mine came from there, too: If you have pictures of, please share! HTH, Hanno P.S.: these trailers are not meant to be towed by GMC 2.5-ton trucks but by proper Canadian 15-cwt or 3-ton trucks
