1. Soak the nuts with penetrating oil overnight or over several weeks 2. Try them with ½ drive impact wrench rated at 300 ftlbs luck for me this has generally removed most of the nuts. 3. Reapply the penetrating oil or liquid wrench 4. Vibrate any remaining nuts with flat punch in air-powered chisel trying to hit all the sides of the nuts that can be reached also vibrate around nuts on the rim 5. Try the ½ impact again this time changing the direction every few seconds 6. Give up and call it a day 7. Having recovered a day or two start all over again 8. Add heating the nuts with propane torch (I don’t have oxy/acetylene) I keep repeating this over a couple of days and so far every nut has eventually yielded. Maybe the difference is just the heating and cooling cycle over a number days. Using this process I’ve been lucky in that none of the nuts or studs have broken off.
