More than by the same token, not knowing exactly Eltham/Corowa distances, then a Stolly fill will be A$619.05 and if two CMP tanks won't do it, then the thirst of Mr Rolls and Mr Royce has no hope of shoving a Stolly that distance too.

You need to have over 6ft of water in your Corowa puddle too for some floating fun but as a saving grace (or fuel) perhaps, and knowing the vast and desolate expanses of that Pacific island; you could just take your ruler to the map and follow a straight line.

Only large trees and some buildings are going to be a problem with a bonus that most of the 14 gearboxes and 12 tracta joints necessary for progress will be happier for the looser surfaces.

That said you do also have the distinct Stalwart advantage of some 4 tons of disposable payload which could be gainfully employed transporting the necessary extra fuel, camping essentials, comestibles and a well equipped workshop with all the necesssary spares that will likely be needed.

For the less adventurous (me) and those of a nervous disposition, then strapping the thing on a semi-trailer realises a 100% improvement in cost per mile and quantum leap in owner stress reduction.

Better, share with someone and get a 200% cost per mile reduction - you can even put a Haflinger in the back too. . . . .
