Thanks for the pic Sam, Jim S is right, exactly the same as a blitz "D".
A pair of chains weigh 1.5 kgs.

How big is that A frame?

Looks like the one for land rovers, but the mounts at the back are a mystery, could be the floor mounts to fit them to a wrecker land rover. If it is it would make it very rare as only 3 I know of still exist, and 2 of them are in bandiana. And to me it looks mighty similar.
