For the Telescope M76G, apparently connected with a 105mm Howitzer,, I found this:-
http://www.militaryvehiclesupply.net/list/3 No photo that I can find. Could the M76 part be the equipment type? I have not found anything to match the second telescope but, again, could it be from a 155mm howitzer? Paul.

This is an M70D that just sold on ebay for $43. It didn't sat what type of tank it was out of.
