Another false lead as the helmet is modern American not WW2 so maybe the wrong time period is to disguise this latest US weapon in the war on terror. Just think of the savings in cost of cold weather gear as the troops maning this equipment could cuddle it to keep warm. I guess too it may come in two versions. Rams for female troops and Ewes for male troops and engineers!
