I too visited this yard many years ago, at the time there were two 11 cab Ford quads there, both in awful condition, I understood that they were later recovered for restoration. But no idea where they went, I remember being struck at the ime how (relatively) well the canadian trucks had survived compaired to their US and UK contemparies, Great pics though, must dig mine out.. I also remember Morris bofors C9?? in very good condtion that had previousy been stored inside, seem to remember it was complete but for the gun...

Great pictures! I am surprised to see so much ww2 vehicles still to be found in scrapyards. Just like Hanno says, it is hard to find any here in Holland, at least in this part of the country. I do know of a GMC here near Haarlem, and there were two Stalwarts on another yard, but that's about it.
I remember seeing the Albion on the cover of a magazine and I really hope that someone will take the challenge of saving that one. Alex
