C'mon Alex,
There MAY have been a ship named after Rice but this image is a poorly photo-shopped picture that should fool no one.

I am no lover of Bush/Rice/Cheney and am well aware of the ties that the Bush administration has with Big Oil. That said, I am not going to argue with US corporations obtaining oil at cheap prices, even at the cost of runing pipelines through other countries, if it means that I can get my gas at $1.00/litre instead of $5.00/litre.

Gas (Petrol) here in Northern Ireland is running at about US$2.10 at the moment and derv at around US$2.25, with more rises to come plus the annual shafting - sorry I meant Budget- very shortly.
