That Humber is a "bobby dazzler ". You wonder where a lot of these older restored vehicles end up. The owners age and circumstances change .. family pressures and such. I read somewhere that the UK scene has changed recently , not so many of the regulars from the 1970's turn up to events . The hobby is growing here ...but mostly newcomers .. the older ones are dying off or have health problems and they don't get out . I've noticed here a trend, more restored vehicles being trailered to events , rather than driven.. probably reflects the state of our roads here ,BUSY and hectic , no place for a 40 mph green snail.

My country, Czech Rep, is smaller then UK but we driven all MV on all events. Come and see it in action.
It is nice when the journey take 5 hours with my K30, usuely with my Piccaso only 2 hours.

But I understand, when somebody us the trailer. I have big problems with spare parts and after then repaire my lorry.

Ambulance rear doors -
All the period photos, except perhaps post #34, seem to suggest that the inside of ambulance rear doors were painted same colour as outside and that the rest of the inside was white/cream - have some of the restorers got this wrong?

Hi,

all the inside ambulance box was white or cream!!!
It is possible that is on the 34 wehrmacht modification.

Can't remember having seen this one before on the MLU forum. Definitely an ambulance, no idea about the make however... Who knows?
