legality/insurance w UC on the road

My carrier is insured as a vintage tracked vehicle .coverage is 3 million liability
good for car meets swap meets or club drives.
I have been through the tim hortons drive through several times on my way to a parade.\
I do not like to drive it to much in traffic but will for short jonts.I Have had the carrier up to 35 M.P.H on the road the warp steering works great

I was doing the same turns during a parade and almost lost my Track i had to back up to reset it
