Default Canvas Identification

I don't know if this is the place to ask but here goes. I picked up two tarps yesterday and I believe that one is for an M135 but not totally sure. The NSN number of 2510.21.104.3933 is marked on the inside of the cover but I do not have a parts manual to verify it??

The second cover has the markings of (Western tarpaulin & Textile LTD Toronto inside a diamond ) with number 22926. It measure 14' long without the ends 8' wide with 3' sides on it and has 11 buckles on the sides and 4 on the ends ??

Any help identifying either tarp would be great.

Dave

The NSN you provided comes up as "Paulin, Cargo Body" with a General Motors of Canada reference number 5844805. Supply system still lists it as "Status:Item is Cancelled without Replacement". However, the numbers I have from the G-749 parts manual are for M-135 Cargo Cover - FSN 2540-741-1556. The manufacturer's part numbers are for Gar Wood Industries, 2014122-1 and for GM Truck and Coach Division, 2282248. The Ordnance part number for this tarp is 7372780. One of these numbers should be found on the genuine article. I'm pretty sure that the 'real' M-135 cover has 6 grommets along the left and right bottom edge? As well, 3 foot high sides seem to suggest a very low cargo cover. Hope this info helps in your search somehow. Cheers,

Craig

Thanks Craig, I thought the first one was for the 135 but I did not recognize the markings on the inside cover. Now if I can find out what the second cover goes to would be great.
