Hard Plastic blocks for machine shop use

I am looking for a source for hard plastic blocks or nylon suitable for machine shop use in lathe/milling operations. I have a few radio related accessories to make that require insulated parts for an antenna base for a MIL manpack portable radio (PRC-174).

A source in the Ottawa Valley area would be appreciated.
