REL is Research Entreprises Limited, and they built many optical devices in WWII for Canada. The 3 Marks of No.32 and No.67 scopes for sniper rifles is especially scarce. and desireable. Another number. maybe No.42 is similar but without the same adjustments and useful for No.32 spare parts. Yours might be from an anti-tank gun, but I don't know the number in particular.
