Information - C11AS/C11ADF Map Table

I have just acquired a C11AS station wagon which at some time in its life has 'lost' its map table fitted behind the front bench seat. I have never seen a clear photo of the complete assembly so only have an idea as to how this was mounted and operated.

Ideally of course I would like to find an original example of the frame/table but would settle for any photos, sketches, dimensions so that one could be reproduced.

Any information welcomed. Ian
