They are a pretty common wrench around here. The majority that you find at the flea markets and junk shops are USA made. I have always looked a little harder to secure the Canada made examples to go with the CMP/carriers.

They are fairly common here, too. I have a few only because they seemed cheap at the time.
I am sure there are some kinds of collectors who could explain all the different maker's marks and date stamps, and the significance of the differing "Ford" logos. This pic is taken from a current e-bay listing:
