CMP tow eyes

Two questions gentlemen: I'm looking for a pair of tow eyes for the front bumper of my C15. Does anybody have a pair for sale?
2nd question: if and when I do find a pair do they mount horizontally or vertically? Reason I ask is because most CMP's I've seen have then mounted vertically but on Keith's web site there are pictures of Dooley's old C15 with the tow eyes mounted horizontally. Is there are a proper way or can they be mounted to suit the needs of the situation?
