Whilst its great having a couple of WW2 trucks to restore a landrover comes in dead handy for moving the trucks around. Also this landy got me into military vehicles in the first place so whats yours?

Totally agree about using MVs around the house and to work with other CMPs.
Question for you was the winch assembly picture (2) in the back of the Landrover picture (3) when that picture was taken? Those winch assemblies are heavy.

Doubt if it was i didn't leave it in there any longer than i had to, i also had to do the same with a spare front axle and that was heavy. Both had the rear springs right down low nearly on the bumpstops !
