Default Universal Carriers for sale

Two 1941 carriers, first MK1 has repro armour up top, armour is 75% done,was running, very early carrier has brass data plate on fender, front stowage bins and engine covers all there.
Second MK1 has Frt armour with the usual small hole cut in frt of driver, rht side is there, no left side and partial rear. Carrier still retains many small items which are usually stripped off. Engine not running
MK2 carrier hull stripped out, differential ,good wheels and tracks.
Carrier parts include : frt armour complete for MK1,rear plate, decking, 3 gas tanks used,2 nos wheels ,2 nos idlers,nos steering wheel,nos gauges and speedo.nos head lhts,2 used mufflers , MK2 Gunners plate, used sprockets, used roadwheel, seats and assorted other carrier parts I have collected over the years.
Carriers and parts sell as one lot, $15000.00 firm, no track kickers

Kirk,

Where are the Carriers? Are there any pix for prospective buyers?

Stewart I'm across from Arnprior Ont on the Quebec side. I'll take some pics, if someone is interested they can e mail me for pics , I haven't figured out how to post on the site yet
There's no high speed here, not long ago we were using two tin cans and a piece of string!

Default Need a hand Stew????

If you need a hand for the recovery..... can store at my place if you wish......

...besides I always wanted to go up to Quyon to meet Kirk...... bet some of the UCs come from the back woods of Quyon and I may have taken pot shots at them years ago when I tramped the woods out there in dune buggies hunting black bear.....

...what was the placed called Kirk..... Oxford station.??... only a cemetery left there now and a huge beef fattening farm..

What else are you liquidating Kirk?????

Default Phantom Carriers of the Valley (eh!)

Only saw one complete MK2 locally as a kid, by the time I found it later on it was cut up for scrap. My carriers came from Belleville, northern Ontario and a parts one from the prior, But you never know what will pop up.
I just threw them out there Bob , if someones interested fine if not they can go on the future projects list.I'm still interested in tracks but right now they have to be on a Bombardier muskeg or a Nodwell. Although mention a Sherman with a couple 6L71's and the green fever could come back!
