Does anyone recognise this type of crane ?
Is it WW2 vintage and what would it normally be found on ?

Andrew, That Commer bus may have been one of the Melbourne TAA City to Airport buses. I remember them from when I was a little bloke. I was always amazed by the upstairs bit.
Regards Rick.

Default F15a

At least there's an engine cover there.
Looks like it's in no-rust territory, but if it can't be ruined by rust they bash it to pieces like this poor thing.

Default Watched the Race On TV

Hi Andrew

They covered the race, I think for the first time live, on TV here in the States 7PM to 2AM. My wife Margaret comment on it being real live because it was taking place tomorrow.

Very interesting and impressive race, would be interesting to see what would happen if some of the NASCAR boys took their cars down to race. I suspect the NASCAR boys would have trouble keeping their cars on the track.

Cheers Phil

Exclamation Well?

OK, OK, you have my interest!
The cab 12 seems to have all of the bits that go missing... Is the instrument cluster in there? Engine covers?

Default Engine number

Hi Andrew
Can't quite make out the entire engine number for the database.
This is quite a late cab 12, 14 numbers before mine!
Any other details?
