I know Bill very Well He was a one Man army to Get the Red Ensighn flown over the Vimy Memorial and His hard work had paid off.
I used to talk to Bill Daily but not as much as i used to,
all the west coast is festooned with the ensighn du to BilL
I myself have several 100 around my place.
