F15 Kubelwagen

With the numbers captured, it is likely they were indeed refurbished and converted by coachbuilders, car or truck manufacturers. I could only find some pictures on the internet of a scale model kit of a 15-cwt CMP Kübel. If anything, they help to show how a Kübelwagen body (built along a largely standardised design) was fitted to captured chassis like the F15.
