I saw this to-day and I thought someone mite be interested. I don't know anything about army trucks but this looked in good shape. It's in Edmonton Alberta.

It's an early Dodge I think. (?)

Hello,
Yes it looks like a Dodge 3/4 ton M43 ambulance truck although it appears the owners have removed the spare wheel normally mounted on the door.
