I paid 10 pounds (ca. $18 US at a local bookseller) for that book when it was printed. I do not think it is worth the price you were quoted, especially if you can obtain it from one or more libraries. It is a good book but not an exhaustive history and quite a lot of what you have posted here is the same stuff found in the book. I would say a fair price would be $50 or equal in Kronor if you can find it for that. It is worth that much anyway. Bill
